Why I Do It

Perspectives That
Only Come From Living

Most speakers pick a lane. I've been fortunate — or perhaps just stubborn enough — to pursue multiple paths in parallel. The result is a set of perspectives that only come from actually having lived and worked across radically different domains.

Sport teaches you about will, sacrifice, and performing under pressure. Medicine teaches you about consequence, complexity, and care. Technology teaches you about leverage, speed, and the gap between what's possible and what actually works. And military service teaches you about leadership, mission, and the importance of showing up even when you don't feel like it.

I speak because I believe ideas change people. And changed people change outcomes.

Speaking That
Moves People

Exposure to high-stakes environments — world-class sport, emergency medicine, military service, and the frontiers of AI — has given me a perspective most speakers can't replicate. I speak to audiences who want to think differently, act boldly, and lead with purpose.

I'm available to speak at corporate events across New Zealand. I also happily give my time for free to talk to young people.

The Daily
Jase Live

The Daily Jase Live started with a simple conviction: the most interesting conversations — the ones that actually change how you think — don't happen in boardrooms or on LinkedIn. They happen when someone is willing to go deep, stay curious, and let the dialogue lead somewhere unexpected.

The podcast explores the intersections of mindset and medicine, business and resilience, ambition and meaning — through guests who've built things, survived things, and thought hard about the nature of human performance.

"The best conversations start where the comfortable ones end. That's what I'm always trying to find."
